Kevin was very easy to work with and very responsive by text and email. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Even after the inspection is over, he is still extremely responsive with my questions and recommendations. Highly recommend using Stand By Home Inspections.

I would highly recommend Kevin if you need a home inspection done. He responded within minutes of my query for a quote, and he was able to come out within a couple days of my initial request. His inspection was very thorough and he gave an extremely honest assessment of what fixes could be done on my own at minimal cost, and which things posed more serious concerns. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be contacting him again if I need this service in the future.

I can not say enough about Kevin and Stand By Home Inspections. He was recommended to me by a co-worker that had used his services, and I cannot be more happier that I called. Kevin was thorough and to the point with his inspection. He let me walk with him and ask him questions about some of my concerns. Didn't rush through the inspection or felt rushed. The issues found were notated in his report on how urgent it would need to be addressed. If you have a question about anything, he is quick to respond and urges you to ask prior, during, or after the inspection.
